Having trouble capturing customers and making the sale when they see you on soclail media or on your website?
Are you losing potential leads along the way because people are getting lost in a maze of information with no direction.
If you your answer is YES, then these five tips will be a life saver for you.
Not having a way for them to subscribe, or joing some type of mailing list.
do a sign up on your website for a free coupon or a e-book or some kind of giveaway for them to have an incentive to sign up
Not having a way for them to contact you on the post on social media
Every single post that you do on Facebook or Instagram should contain a link or a contact website or phone number for them to contact you
The last thing you need is for them to like your post and then leave without knowing how they can get a hold of you.
.
Not having a social media presence
You might have a website but if you are not on social media and connecting daily with your clients and possible clients then you are missing out on so many fresh leads and possible tags that people can connect with you.
Not having a cohesive voice
You might have a website or social media presence and you might post on occasion but unless you’re having a uniform look or design across-the-board with your colors fonts and graphics all looking very similar- then your clients might get confused!Your branding and social media is so important for the look and feel of your product
not having a website that clearly communicates to clients
Your website might be a portfolio of your work but if it is not capturing leads and not giving your clients everything they need to know within about a minute then you have already lost people..
If you are photographer or an artist, having a portfolio online is great but if your portfolio does not have tabs for them to contact you or request a quote or any other type of buttons to make them click or do an action and you’re already losing clients before you know it.
On every single page on my website I have a way for them to contact me directly on the bottom and request a free quote for all four of my businesses
On the front page I have the top things that people are going to look for in my website without even having to click out and waste time. They are looking for my services, my prices, my credentials a little bit about me and a way to contact me.
It might look different for your business but I basically went on Google analytics and look to see what people are actually clicking on and looking before redesigning my website so I would know exactly what they needed!
